How to choose penis pumps
A penis pump is a cylinder that goes over the penis, with a hand, electric or water pump that creates a vacuum. The vacuum draws blood into the penis to help it become erect; the effect is temporary.
Compare the cylinder length and diameter (it should be a bit larger than your erect size), the type of pump (hand bulb, trigger, automatic or water-based "hydro" pumps), a pressure gauge and a quick-release valve, and the seal or sleeve at the opening.
