About the Fantasy X-Tensions - Real Feel® Enhancer XL

The Fantasy X-Tensions Real Feel Enhancer XL from Pipedream is a penis sleeve designed for men seeking added thickness, including those with ED or midway performance concerns. It positions itself as a non-surgical alternative to medical procedures and pills.

The sleeve is super-stretchy to accommodate most sizes and can be trimmed at the tip for a customizable fit. An open-ended head allows the wearer to still feel a partner's natural touch, while a ball strap helps prolong ejaculation. The Fanta Flesh material is described as feeling like a second skin, and the sleeve adds 33% thickness for a fuller feeling during intercourse.
