How to choose kegel balls
Kegel balls are weighted balls worn vaginally while you contract the pelvic floor muscles. Ben Wa balls are a traditional, usually smaller and heavier, version. Sets often come with several weights so you can progress.
Compare the weight, diameter, material (body-safe silicone or metal) and whether there is a retrieval cord. Start with the lightest, largest ball and short sessions.
